Alkaisar Construction Co Ltd completed the construction of a new warehouse to house the palletizer operation at Mfamosing Cement Plant, Cross River State. The building is an 80m x46mx16m metal building system that consists of a mezzanine floor for offices, a warehouse, and a production Area. The building also has a good floor finish (epoxy floor finish), a metal roof system with overhangs. We were able to layout the site to maximize parking. The project was completed within the budget cost and time frame, which maximized the trust and teamwork between all parties involved in the project.
