The building is a 50mx40m metal building system with retaining walls on the North and South sides of the building. The building has a metal roof system including metal cladding. The project started out as a smaller building but later in the course of construction, the owner decided on the need for additional production space so the building size was increased. Alkaisar was also responsible for associated works such as road works to access the facility and drainages.
